One more reason we love the fall?  It’s your chance to visit all of the 12 beautiful model homes at The Pinehills: portfolio homes, cottages nestled in the trees and an assortment of townhomes and luxury apartments. And of course, our one of a kind custom homes with unbelievable views.

This Fall brings new neighborhoods sprouting up along The Ridge: Kensington by Pulte Homes, Poet’s Corner by MacKenzie Brothers and Whitman Homes,  Hatherly Rise by The Green Company, Dawn’s Light by Polhemus Savery DaSilva and the new phase at Seton Highlands by Design Housing, Muirfield. Each offers its own very special views: dramatic sunsets, ocean-view sunrises or serene woodland views.

Home Décor Arts Market with Etsy Makers and Fashion Trucks

Saturday, September 17, 11am to 4pm

We are amazed by the talented local and regional artists who take part in our Village Green Arts Markets. We hope you have had a chance to shop their works of art over the summer months. If not you have another chance: Saturday, September 17^th is the last of this year’s Arts Markets on The Pinehills Village Green. (Of course we’ll have many more coming to Holidays on the Green on December 3rd– stay tuned for details!)

This Saturday, there will be 30 artistsans on the green, plus some fun fashion trucks. In honor of Fall Open House, they will feature home décor items with everything from hand knitted pillow covers (to die for) to ceramics and glassware!

Boston magazine's Design Home 2016 is Now Open!

All Ticket Proceeds Benefit Boston Children's Hospital

While you’re at The Pinehills this Saturday, make plans to visit Boston magazine's Design Home 2016 designed and built by the acclaimed Polhemus Savery DaSilva (PSD.) Tickets are $25, available online or at the door, and all proceeds benefit Boston Children's Hospital. The Design Home is located in The Pinehills’ newest neighborhood, Dawn’s Light and features breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay. Once you see this home you just might be inspired to build your very own. Come walk the land, take in the views and choose your spot.

Join Us for a Very Special Afternoon with NYT Bestselling Author, Alice Hoffman

Monday, September 26th from Noon to 2pm

Come mix and mingle with your friends and NYT Bestselling author, Alice Hoffman (“Dovekeepers,” “Practical Magic”) at the Boston magazine's Design Home 2016! Take inspiration from the gorgeous design and the sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay all the way to Provincetown, while enjoying champagne and gourmet nibbles. The event will include a reading by Alice Hoffman from her book, "The Marriage of Opposites," a home tour, book signing, and more. Space is very limited. Proceeds benefit Boston Children's Hospital.
