That’s why we are excited to share that Poet's Corner - our newest cottage neighborhood - is taking shape with a charming new model by Whitman Homes at 48 Poet's Corner, opening this Saturday, November 19th.

Poet’s Corner is nestled among the trees on The Ridge and surrounds a picturesque pocket park. Pick from among six cottage home designs by Whitman Homes or MacKenzie Brothers to build for your very own in this charming enclave.

Starting this Saturday, Whitman Homes' new model at 48 Poet's Corner, “The Cliffside,” will be open to the public daily from 9am to 5pm showing-off everything you would expect from an award-winning builder. Kristen White, Whitman's interior designer on the project, describes the home as “a cottage with farmhouse touches, a light, bright, airy feel and ship lap details.” (Can you say Joanna Gains?) All Whitman's cottage plans come standard with custom wood detail, wide bead board and crown molding.

When you're here, it's easy to imagine taking in the quiet wooded setting from your front porch or hitting the walking trails right off your covered back porch. • 5 pm - Sing a carol and help us count down to The Pinehills Christmas Tree Lighting.
