Crisp white trim. A front porch made for morning coffee, and gardens in bloom along the walk. Jones Pond Way brings the timeless charm of a coastal New England cottage neighborhood right to the Village Green, alongside the pond on Pinehills Golf Club's Jones 8. No ferry reservations or bridge traffic required. Lobster rolls optional. The neighborhood is the work of Bill Wennerberg of Barefoot Cottage Company, one of The Pinehills' most beloved builders, and the creative force behind Cobblestone, Hickorywood, Birdsong, and more. His cottages are known for the details: classic shingle-style architecture, welcoming porches, and abundant landscaping that makes a new home feel like it has always belonged. Pond view or park view? Choose your setting, stroll to the Village Green for dinner, then head home to the porch for an evening sit. The first phase of homes at Jones Pond Way sold quickly, and only a few are available in phase 2, with move-ins for phase 2 homes expected late summer/early fall 2027. Park-front home from the $800s | Pond-front homes from $1.1 million We're already dreaming of lobster rolls. 🦞 ### [Explore Jones Pond Way!](https://www.pinehills.com/homes/neighborhoods/jones-pond-way?utm_campaign=behind%20the%20pines&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-_oZ5Ig_iYUBrTpPmkN8a0MJ1RNQqhTAwwUZ3NHT7n5AYMfjCUKZE92MowtSCVlN0AwNizY)   *Jones Pond Way is an active construction site, so please visit only [by appointment](https://meetings.hubspot.com/andrea-suba/as-jones-pond-follow-up-?utm_campaign=behind%20the%20pines&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-_oZ5Ig_iYUBrTpPmkN8a0MJ1RNQqhTAwwUZ3NHT7n5AYMfjCUKZE92MowtSCVlN0AwNizY) and accompanied by builder or sales representative.* --- [![OH Email 10152026](https://content.pinehills.com/hs-fs/hubfs/OH%20Email%2010152026.jpg?upscale=true&width=1440&upscale=true&name=OH%20Email%2010152026.jpg)](https://www.pinehills.com/this-week?utm_campaign=behind%20the%20pines&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-_oZ5Ig_iYUBrTpPmkN8a0MJ1RNQqhTAwwUZ3NHT7n5AYMfjCUKZE92MowtSCVlN0AwNizY) # Open Houses This Weekend at The Pinehills ### See what's open to tour Saturday, October 17th through Sunday, October 18th.
