The Summer Arts Markets return to The Pinehills for 2019 and will feature up to 35 regional and local artists. We are always looking for new artists and makers who sell hand-made products. Product categories include: jewelry, artwork, clothing, home goods, photography, ceramics, specialty foods and more.
The Summer Arts Markets are family friendly and dog friendly. Your dog must be on a leash at all times.
Vendor Selection & Deadlines:
Applications must be received no later than May 24, 2019 for both the July and August Summer Arts Markets.
If both markets are filled you will be placed on the waitlist, and notified only if a space become available.
Sending in an application to the Summer Arts Markets at The Pinehills does NOT guarantee being selected to exhibit. To ensure the show's quality and cohesiveness, applications will be approved based on overall product mix and availability.
We want to be sure that the Summer Arts Markets at The Pinehills feature the best handmade goods, creative makers, small businesses, and independent designers. Rates & Payments:
Summer Arts Markets at The Pinehills are "rain or shine" events. We will be reasonable in our determination, but weather in New England changes quickly. It is unusual that we will cancel Summer Arts Markets unless the forecast predicts 100% rain within 24 hours of the start time. Artists will be contacted via email the Friday before their scheduled market if we intend to implement the rain date. Notification will also be posted to social media on FACEBOOK and TWITTER.

Upon submitting this application, Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless PINEHILLS LLC, and their officers, agents and employees from and against all liabilities, loss, injuries, damages, and claims arising out of or related in any way to Vendor's participation in the Summer Arts Markets at The Pinehills.
*STARRED FIELDS ON THE APPLICATION ARE REQUIRED. THE FORM WILL NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT ALL REQUIRED FIELDS COMPLETED. A SUCCESSFUL FORM SUBMISSION WILL RESULT IN A POP-UP "THANK YOU" AND A FOLLOW UP EMAIL.
